Florence Wood is a student photographer specialising in Pet and Equine Photography. She focuses on the positivity that can come from our relationship with animals and how they can enhance our lives. Her photographs are intended to make the viewer feel happiness and affection towards animals, connecting them directly with the animal subjects within her work, she wants us to consider how animals increase our wellbeing and that we could learn a lot from them.

‘’ As a Photographer, I am influenced by my lifestyle surrounded by animals. My photographs are my perception of animals being an important aspect of living and how we should embrace our affection and desire to care for them, without animals in our lives I feel the world would be pretty dull.’

Florence is currently studying the final year of her photography degree at the University of Northampton. Her intentions are to continue linking her future projects to our relationship with animals as part of dedicating to her personal and creative photographic style, influenced by her affection of animals and particular interest within Pet and Equine Photography.
